In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal player account registered on the bdg333 platform associated with a unique username and verified identity.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Only one Account per person is permitted. If we detect multiple Accounts linked to the same individual — identified by name, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other indicator — we may close all associated Accounts and void any pending or historical bonus claims without notice.

bdg333 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all registered Accounts. Verification may be required before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain Platform features. Accepted identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued in Bangladesh. Proof of address may be requested in the form of a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until the process is concluded.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or bank account registered in your own legal name — matching the name on your bdg333 Account. Deposits originating from accounts held in a third party's name will be returned where possible and may trigger a fraud review. bdg333 accepts no liability for delays or losses arising from third-party payment attempts. Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method held in your own name that has been previously used to fund your Account or has been verified by our payments team.

Deposits to your bdg333 Account are generally credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our payments team. Standard processing time is within 24 hours of approval, subject to verification status. During peak periods or where additional review is required, processing times may extend. bdg333 will communicate any such delays to the Player via their registered contact method. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are detailed in your Account settings.

bdg333 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account, request source-of-funds documentation, delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required. Players must not use the bdg333 platform for any purpose connected to the concealment, conversion, or transfer of proceeds of crime. Any Account found to be associated with such activity will be permanently closed and the relevant Balance withheld pending investigation.

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives offered by bdg333 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions communicated at the point of offer. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus offers are available to players in Bangladesh aged 21 and above. bdg333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Bonus Funds and Real-Money Funds are held separately within your Account. Wagering requirements must be completed using Bonus Funds before any resulting winnings are transferred to your withdrawable Real-Money Balance. If your Account Balance falls to zero before the wagering requirement is met, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer games.

Breach of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

• A Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the Account.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion or is identified as a problem gambler.
• Required identity or payment verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• bdg333 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed by bdg333 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Balance — including Real-Money funds — may be withheld pending investigation and legal review.

All content on the bdg333 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, interface design, trademarks, and domain names — is the exclusive property of bdg333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or modified in any way without the prior written consent of bdg333. Game content is the intellectual property of the respective software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi) and may not be reproduced or distributed without their express authorisation.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between bdg333 and the Player with respect to use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
